We are doing a build-on-your-lot in Columbus remotely from St Louis! Nikeha guided us through our complex choices, and she was unfailingly cheerful and encouraging. She advocated for us during the lenders appraisal process, which I believe helped save the day and close the deal! She was prompt, courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend her without reservation to others buying or selling in the Columbus area. I specifically recommended her to our builder to assist other out-of-town build-on-your-lot families, and they will have her represent other families in the future. "We chose Sam Cooper to sell our home after our neighbors used him the prior year. Sam got our home in contract in a weekend above asking price! Through the entire process from pre-listing through closing the communication was beyond what could be expected. I don’t think I ever waited more than an hour for a response on any kind of inquiry and usually within a matter of a couple minutes which is incredible considering how many homes and clients Sam and his team have. Sam made selling our home fast, easy, and profitable. Could not have picked a better agent!"

"Sam Cooper and his team are the best in Columbus for very good reason. When we first met with Sam, we told him up front we weren’t ready to sell yet. We wanted to get an idea of what needed to be done first. Sam never once pressured us to tried to change our minds, which is the main reason we chose to work with him. We sold and purchased our homes with him and we couldn’t not have had a more seemless or perfect experience than we did. Sam immediately returned all of my calls and texts and kept us 100% in the loop throughout every step of the process. We were always made to feel like we were his most important clients. Though I highly doubt we will ever move again - he found us our dream home - if we did there is zero question of who we would work with. We recommend Sam to everyone we know because we know he will take as good of care of them as he has done with us."

"I don’t even know where to begin. We are repeat customers and can’t imagine using anyone other than Sam for buying/selling our homes. We had multiple offers on our home within 2 days and ended up having the highest priced home sale in our neighborhood (just closed).
